My steps aren't counting

Creature Hatcher reads your step count from Apple Health. If steps aren't being credited:

Open the iOS Settings app → Privacy & Security → Health → Creature Hatcher and make sure step access is enabled.
Open the app and pull down to refresh — steps sync when the app is opened, not continuously in the background.
Steps only count from the time you granted access onward.

How long does an egg take to hatch?

Eggs need 300 incubation points, and you can earn up to 10 points a day by hitting your step goal. Growing a creature through all five stages takes longer still — this is a game designed to be played over months, not an afternoon.

I bought something and didn't receive it

Purchases are verified with Apple before items are granted, which occasionally takes a moment longer than the purchase itself. If an item hasn't appeared, close and reopen the app — pending purchases are retried automatically on launch. If it still hasn't arrived, email the address above with the date of purchase and it will be sorted out.

Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I add a friend?

Open the Friends tab and scan your friend's QR code, or have them scan yours. Camera access is used only to read the code.

Deleting your account

Email david255ff@gmail.com and your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
